Sustainability Metrics: Carbon footprint data associated with equipment transactions for our net-zero tracking programme.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information to facilitate equipment procurement and RFQ processes, verify business credentials and maintain marketplace trust, match buyers with relevant equipment and suppliers, generate sustainability and carbon tracking reports, improve platform features and user experience, communicate transaction updates and platform announcements, and comply with UAE regulatory requirements.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share your information only in the following circumstances: with verified sellers when you submit an RFQ or initiate a transaction, with logistics partners to facilitate equipment delivery, with payment processors for secure transaction handling, with regulatory authorities when required by UAE law, and in aggregated and anonymized form for industry sustainability reporting. We never sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

NetZero.tel employs enterprise-grade security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive business information, role-based access controls and audit logging, regular security assessments and penetration testing, and compliance with international data protection standards. Our infrastructure is hosted in secure, certified data centres with 99.9% uptime SLA.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your active account plus 5 years for regulatory compliance. Transaction records are maintained for 7 years per UAE commercial law. You may request data export or deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
