Returns and RMA Process

NetZero.tel maintains a transparent and efficient Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. We understand that network operations depend on reliable equipment, and our returns process is designed to minimize disruption to your operations.

RMA Eligibility

Equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it does not meet the specifications described at purchase. Items covered under warranty that develop faults are eligible for RMA throughout the warranty period. Equipment must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to qualify for replacement or refund.

How to Request an RMA

Step 1: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Step 2: Our technical team reviews your request and may request diagnostic information. Step 3: Once approved, you receive an RMA number and prepaid shipping label. Step 4: Ship the equipment using the provided label within 14 days. Step 5: Upon receipt and inspection, we process your replacement or refund within 5 business days.

Advance Replacement Program

For critical network equipment, NetZero.tel offers an advance replacement program. We ship replacement hardware before receiving the defective unit, ensuring minimal network downtime. This service is available for customers with extended warranty contracts and for emergency situations on a case-by-case basis.

Testing and Inspection

All returned equipment undergoes thorough testing and inspection by our certified technicians. We verify the reported fault, document findings, and determine whether the item qualifies for warranty replacement, repair, or refund. You receive a detailed inspection report for your records.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection completion. For equipment returned within the 30-day satisfaction period, full refunds are issued minus shipping costs. For warranty returns, replacements are the standard resolution, with refunds available if equivalent replacement stock is unavailable.
