Standard Warranty Coverage

All equipment purchased from NetZero.tel includes a minimum 12-month warranty from date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects, component failures, and performance degradation below OEM specifications. Our warranty applies to new, refurbished, and certified pre-owned equipment from Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, and Ciena.

Extended Warranty Options

For mission-critical deployments, NetZero.tel offers extended warranty packages of 24 and 36 months. Extended warranties include priority replacement shipping, dedicated technical support, and advance hardware exchange programs. What Is Covered

Hardware component failures under normal operating conditions. Software-related issues that affect hardware functionality. Performance degradation below published OEM specifications. Defects in materials and workmanship. Power supply and fan module failures. Optical transceiver and SFP module failures within rated specifications.

What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by improper installation or handling. Damage from power surges, lightning, or environmental factors beyond equipment ratings. Unauthorized modifications or firmware changes. Normal wear and tear including cosmetic damage. Consumable items such as batteries unless defective at delivery.

Warranty Claim Process

Replacement hardware ships within 48 hours for standard claims or 24 hours for extended warranty customers. All replacements include prepaid return labels.
